Studs: Soft Ground boots arrive with a tightening tool. It is important to tighten studs before using your boots for the first time.
Knock off loose mud to remove dirt from uppers and studs
Wipe down with a damp cloth using cool water (not hot water)
Stuff boots with newspaper or paper towels to retain shape and absorb moisture—excess moisture can weaken seams and cause the uppers to separate from the soleplate.
Condition leather with beeswax or leather balm
Check and replace studs
Let the boots air dry (avoid heat sources) for 24-48 hours
Store boots in a dry, ventilated environment to prevent mold or mildew - ventilated boot bagswork well

Studs fell off after second use.
"My boy was thrilled to receive these boots. Sadly, during their second use he twisted his ankle and realized that two of the studs had fallen off and were lost. He needed to carefully spread out the remaining studs to complete his match. This was very disappointing and not I must locate replacement studs."

WRS sending replacements for damaged boots!
"I recently purchased these boots at the end of September and one of the eyelets broke while tightening for my match this past Saturday. I reached out to WRS and they understood my frustration after only having these for a few weeks and putting them through two matches and a handful of trainings. This occurred Saturday morning, they reached back immediately and a replacement pair is on it's way. They even worked with me to send size 11s because I had originally purchased 11.5s. After some breaking in, they felt like they had a little too much room, and accommodated a downsize. I love the way these boots provide amazing traction and keep my feet secured, and I'm hoping I dont run into the same issue with the eyelet. Maybe a little tighter of a boot will prevent me from having to tighten the mid body of the boot too much. Thank you WRS for amazing customer service and products!"
