HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

You’ll earn points every time you shop, and by contributing to our community through product reviews, social posts, and more. The more you engage, the more you earn—up to 3x points based on your tier.

HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?

Right at checkout! Just enter how much you'd like to use in the Points box and click Redeem. 100 points = $1 off your order.

DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?

Yes, points expire 12 months after they're issued. You can login to your account at any time to review your current balance, and we'll send you an email to remind you to use your points before the expire.

WHAT'S THE EASIEST WAY TO MOVE UP A TIER?

Your tier is based on how much you spend in a 12-month period. The more you shop, the more perks you unlock including faster point-earning (up to 3x!).

HOW DO I USE THE BENEFITS I UNLOCKED WITH MY REWARD TIER?

Your benefits can be found within the wallet under "your rewards" and under your membership details. To use them click the "redeem" button and copy & paste the code at checkout.

WHAT IF I CREATED A COUPON BUT DIDN'T USE IT AT CHECKOUT?

No worries! Your coupons are saved In the "your coupons" section of your wallet and can be used at your leisure.
