Update to “Old club logo”
"I originally left a 3-star review because the gear I received had my club’s old logo on it instead of the one shown on the website. Fair enough—I was disappointed and reviewed it accordingly. Not long after, I got a call from World Rugby Shop. They wanted to make it right, explained what happened, and immediately arranged to send replacements with the correct logo. What really stood out was that during the conversation I mentioned the XL Vapodri training shirts I’d ordered were bigger than I expected. That wasn’t their mistake—I ordered the XLs myself and had pretty much accepted it. But since they were already replacing the shirts because of the logo issue, the rep offered to send the new ones in a Large instead. If helpful to others, I’m 6’1”, 200 lbs. They didn’t have to do that, but they did. Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds, and World Rugby Shop handled this one exceptionally well. They owned the problem, made it right, and then went a step further. That’s the kind of customer service that earns repeat business. Happy to update this to 5 stars."
