"Shirt looks great and feels pretty good but the decal is really heavy and absorbs heat in the sun. It would be much nicer screen-printed. I will wear it a lot but not when its hot out."

Kristy with customer service overnighted a new package for my SIL who was only here from Spain for a very short time period. In the end, it worked out. Wasn't Rugby Shop's fault, but they made it right. The package that was overnighted had the exact same shirt in it and a different hat than we ordered, but my SIL still loved the two items."
