"This item was lost by Fedex. I went through the investigation by Fedex and they comvluded it was last and they closed the case. I then contacted WRS who then initiated another lost package investigation which took even more time. Then WRS emailed me, said it was closed and refunded my money because they did not have another of the item i ordered. They did not attempt to replace it with any other item, just closed out everything. Not the best customer service."
