Poor position of the USA Rugby logo

"If you look at this picture, the logo is in the proper place. Across the upper chest. I returned 2 of the 3 shirts I bought because the logo was too low. It was more mid torso. My daughter kept hers, though also felt it was low. For the price of the shirt I want something I will wear often. I'm not sure if this may have just been a batch that your vendor (or your people) just mistakenly printed in the incorrect position or if this is where you truly feel it should be located. But the shirts received did not have the logo positioned as shown in your picture. Two other small issues, I thought it would be a softer content and the logo would be screen printed on vs "iron on" logo. If you could assure me the logo was placed properly I'd be interested in reordering as I really like the "throw back" logo (the true USA Rugby logo)."
