"I ordered 2 shirts, both with customized names/numbers. They completely missed it on the first shirt. . even when I sent pictures of the order and receipt. . the first customer rep I had to deal with argued about it, saying he saw the order saying 2 shirts & the customization for BOTH but he didn’t know if it was for both shirts or just one, when it was VERY clear on the order that it was individually. . . he then went through a whole rant about it had to go to different departments for review. . it was ridiculous. . there were only TWO shirts and it was easy to see that BOTH were customized and PAID for. Finally the next day got contacted by a 2nd rep in customer service and she immediately said, yes we missed this and will fix it…. Which they did but it shouldn’t have taken 2 people to get the mistake corrected or been so frustrating."
