Logo Color completely wrong & terrible customer service
"I will never buy anything from this company again. I spent $30 for expedited shipping to have my son’s shorts sent within to 2 to 3 business days. When they did not arrive in that window I contacted the company. I was told in an email from Jesse it was a custom item and would take 2 to 3 weeks to process and the expedited shipping happens after that. This information was not clearly stated on the website. When I questioned that it was confirmed that was something they were working on. I was made to feel stupid for not realizing that a customized item obviously takes longer and the very condescending email was signed with a very flippant “cheers!”. The items arrived 3 and a half weeks later, 2 pairs in one package and then 2 days later a 3rd pair, that I didn’t order, in another package. And all 3 pairs of shorts had the school logo in the wrong color! It was orange instead of yellow. I’ve since ordered other Rugby gear from another website and had a much better experience which I will share with school’s coach for next year."
