FeDEx lost a package that was part of our sons Christmas gifts. We had been arguing with them and frustrated at not being able to track it down. They closed the case and told us to contact the sellers and have them follow their loss protocol. My husband and I were soo upset. We had never been through a lost package issue before and truly were not sure how to proceed. Bought from these guys since I was in school. Played in Wales and England an only get my gear from here, even though it is a Yank store their service and quality is better than any store in the UK. Had to pay customs on this order but I had ordered two pairs of boots for a total of $400 and so I expected that to happen. Still cheaper than buying from Loveles.

I wear them every day for work, all zoom, noone can see. They are getting a little worn but more comfortable by the day. I will soon be in the market for more. 7/29/2020 - Your package of three marvelous rugby books arrived yesterday. What a super selection of first class treatments! Thank you so very much. And only the day before. I spent much of last weekend watching replays of a variety of World Cup, Six Nation (men and women) tournaments and matches. I used to travel to New Zealand and Australia on business. When I visited Auckland, my Kiwi host took me to the home sports pub of the All Blacks. One evening in 1993 we drank a few pints while watching a match against the Springboks, played in Joburg. What a thrill! To this day, my only authentic game jersey is a long-sleeved green & yellow Springboks shirt.

However, my latest attempt with the SIze 11s in the second model was not successful, as these boots were too big. Consequently, I had to return this pair as well.I printed the return label and dropped them off at FedEx yesterday morning, and I see you already issued me a refund today--that's some fast service! I just wanted to write and say I am sorry that I caused you all this hassle (and cost you two return shipment fees) while I was trying to find my size in these great-looking boots (that were in my team's royal blue colors, as well). Top notch service. I had to change out the SA jersey I bought for World Cup. Asics sizing is tight, very tight. I eat sausages and drink beer, a lot. I was pissed off with them because they never mentioned that the shirt was sized for the Japanese market. It arrived on the Monday before the Final. I used the returns form and they got it back to me by Friday, barely in time for the WIN! Bokka!!!
