Based in Morgantown, West Virginia The West Virginia University (‘Mountaineers’) Men’s Rugby Club was established in 1976 and is the university’s oldest recognized sports club. The club participates in the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Conference and are known for hosting an annual event that has run for over 45 years, the playfully named ‘I used to be a Chicken, but now I play Rugby’ tournament.
