The Lamorinda Rugby Football Club, also known as the ‘Lamos’ was founded in in 1980 by Pat Vincent, a former Captain of the New Zealand All Black Rugby Team. The Club is a community-based volunteer organization that provides students ages 6 to 18, the opportunity to learn and play rugby.
