Items that are unwashed, unworn, and unused may be easily returned by mail within 30 days of delivery.

Oversized equipment (GOAL POSTS, POST PADS or SCRUM MACHINES)
Items that are customized with a name, number, icon, or badge
Signed Memorabilia
Items that have been worn, washed or used
Faulty items may always be returned and exchanged at no cost to you.
Unless we are at fault, we do not accept international returns.
During the holidays, items shipped by World Rugby Shop between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.

Just visit our Returns Page and use your order # and email associated with the order to obtain a return label
Making a return is easy and FREE in the U.S!
Visit our Returns Page to fill out the Returns Form. Once your return is approved, we will send you a FREE Return Label to the email address associated with your order.
Using the FREE Return Label, and reusable bag or box in which you received your item, send the original item back to us.
Please include the following in the bag or box when making a Return:
The item(s) you are returning.
The packing slip included in your package. You can also go to your account or confirmation email to print an invoice if you no longer have the packing slip.
If you ordered a product that came with a free item, include your free item in order to get a full refund. Otherwise, we will only refund you the difference.
Once we receive your return item, we will update you with an email and credit you the full amount of your purchase.
