The Ankle Speed Band is designed to help players develop their strength, agility, and balance.

It limits the player’s steps, which forces them to walk, run, jump or shuffle against the resistance. An adjustable, velcro, ankle band allows the Bands to fit on most players.

It includes a carry bag which allows for ease of transportation and storage.
