How do I order online?
Ordering online is easy and safe. Our website will walk you through placing an order, but here's a preview.
- Use our search bar or browse by department to find the item you want.
- Click on the item you want.
- Read the information on the product page and choose among available size and customization options for that item.
- When you're done, click add to cart.
- You can adjust quantities from the shopping cart.
- Check your order carefully, then click the Checkout button.
- Enter your shipping information. Select a shipping type and click Apply to view your order total and then Continue.
- Enter your payment information and any coupon or gift certificate codes you want to use and then Continue. Your card will not be charged at this step.
- Check your order carefully, then Submit your order.
- You can print an order confirmation or wait for us to email the information.
- We strongly recommend that you click the Confirmed Orders FAQ link for more information about how we will process your order.
Do I have to order online?
We welcome orders by phone, fax, or mail.
By phone: Call 1-800-874-1001. We accept credit cards and Western Union Quick Collect. For the most efficient customer service, we recommend that you have your item numbers and billing information ready.
By fax: Fax 1-800-204-1198, Attn: Source Code 7WRS. Please be sure to include your credit card number on your printed order form.
By mail: Mail to World Rugby Shop Mail Order, Attn: Source Code 7WRS, 431 US Hwy 70A East, Hillsborough, NC 27278-9334 USA. Please be sure to include your credit card number on your printed order form or enclose a check or money order payable in US dollars
How do I change my order?
You can change or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process. Please contact a customer service representative by calling 1-800-874-1001 as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. We do not recommend emailing your order change request because we might not receive the email in time to edit your order. If you do not receive a response from us by phone or email to confirm the order change, we probably have not made the changes. We cannot change, cancel, or correct your order in any way after it has entered our shipping process.» back to top

able to offer volume discounts on made-to-order team apparel.
