Most orders with ground shipping will arrive in 7 - 10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, except for holidays such as Christmas Day and New Year's Day. Orders with express shipping are expected to arrive in 1 - 2 business days.
Most special services add about a week to your delivery time.
If you order an item that is not available, we will ship the available portion of your order
and send other items as they become available.
We will charge you only for items that have been processed for shipping.

Yes, we offer Guaranteed Delivery by December 25! We understand the importance of holiday gifts. If our carrier has not attempted delivery by December 25, we will issue a refund of your shipping charges plus a gift certificate for $25 off your next order according to the guidelines listed below.
"Next Day Air" orders for instock items confirmed by 3:00 pm Central on December 23 qualify for our Guaranteed Delivery by December 25 offer. Orders with special services that require additional processing time and orders that cannot be delivered using UPS Next Day delivery service are excluded from this offer.

Holiday gift orders placed after November 1, 2007 and before December 31, 2007 automatically qualify for our extended holiday returns policy.
You may return these holifay gift orders until January 31, 2009. Please keep in mind that all sales are final on customized items.
Holiday gift orders returned for a refund will receive a credit back to the purchaser's original method of payment.

Our Guarantee: If your order qualifies for the "Guaranteed Delivery by December 25" offer
and our carrier has not attempted delivery by 11:59 pm local time on December 25, 2007,
we will issue a refund of the entire shipping charges paid to us for this order
plus a gift certificate for $25 off your next order.
To qualify for this offer, an order must meet the following conditions:
only instock items are listed on the order;
the correct billing and shipping addresses are both inside the fifty United States;
the shipping address is accessible via United Parcel Service Next Day Air service;
the order is confirmed before 3:00 pm Central time on December 23;
the consumer accepts delivery by January 2, 2008.
Exclusions: Orders with the following services require additional processing time
and are not eligible for our "Guaranteed Delivery by December 25" offer:
customization, special order, back order, pre order, modified orders,
and manual verification of your shipping or billing information.
Also, the following delivery locations are inaccessible by UPS Next Day Air and are excluded from this offer:
box and bag addresses such as post office boxes and private mail bags, packages addressed to general delivery,
military addresses, and locations outside the fifty United States.
Additionally, orders that are fully or partially cancelled or returned for any reason are excluded from this offer.
Our delivery guarantee exclusions apply even if the consumer was not aware of the exclusions
or that their order may be fall under one of the exclusions listed above.
Claims: To claim your refund under the "Guaranteed Delivery by December 25" offer,
you must initiate the claim by email or telephone call after your order has shipped but no later than January 3, 2008.
Refund of shipping shall be made as credit back to the original method of payment. Gift certificate will be sent to the original billing address or email address.
Please allow up to 30 days for processing of refund and gift certificate.
In no event shall the value of this offer exceed $100 USD. Limit of three claims per person, per household.
