Try For Others was established in 2004 by Dominic Cooke and his father, Brendan. Dominic played rugby for seven years before an automobile accident left him paralyzed from the waist down just prior to his senior year at the University of California, Berkeley. Although devastated, the outpouring of support from his teammates, coaches and the rugby community comforted him during a very difficult time. It is in this spirit that the Try For Others Foundation was established to help others in the rugby community overcome life-altering injuries. Support your mates by supporting the cause!
