Orders processed by 5:00 pm Central Time Monday-Friday ship out the same day.   

Custom items and licensed gear, which is made to order, can take up to 6 days to ship out.  Next day and second day express shipping do not include production/handling time.  For more information on custom orders, click here.

What payment options can I use?  We accept all major credit cards and a variety of other payment forms, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, AmazonPay and Afterpay.

Can I cancel my order?   In order to best service our customers, we process, package and ship orders as quickly as possible.  Therefore, we usually cannot cancel orders. If you noticed a mistake or had an immediate change of heart and your merchandise has not yet been packaged and shipped, we are happy to cancel your order.  Please contact us.
