Compression Shorts | ||

![]() Compression shorts are a tight-fitting garment usually made of spandex or some other stretchy, breathable material used for several reasons. They also keep things generally compressed and slightly warmer which helps reduce injuries to the muscles and joints. Compression shorts also cut down on excessive muscle vibration when running and tackling which can fatigue a player faster. Better yet, compression shorts reduce friction and chafing between the legs and thighs. They also can help shorts slide up and down the thigh better during running to prevent legs getting hung up on the shorts if the player has large legs. | ||
