- Said to offer excellent grip in the scrum with help from the 8 studded outsole, new shield protection and the wider area of the boot for those stronger players. This boot was made lighter with recommendations from adidas sponsored players without losing the key components of durability and performance.
- Upper is created out of a Super League leather which is considered tougher to help provide more forefoot support for those in the scrums. Mesh has also been cemented into the leather forefoot to allow the perfect fit and to prevent shoe deformation.
- Screw-in studs for grip on very soft natural ground. Boot uses a last that is specifically designed for wider feet. adidas has also added in a synthetic print on the heel lining to help prevent slippage. This has been implemented to make the boot easier to break in and for increased speed.
