A brand with a distinctive old-school feel, adidas Originals is a collection of casual sports apparel and is adidas' heritage line. The website is well done with sizes and prices updated quickly (I saw day-to-day changes as stock of clearance items diminished). Quality of items is also top-notch, which is normally the case with the top-brand rugby items which they carry. The next pleasant surprise is shipping cost. True rate of chosen courier - no markup. My rather large order cost me $6 and change. Finally, in response to an email I sent praising them for their products, prices and Customer Service, I received a personal phone call from a Customer Relations Officer. This is above and beyond. What more could a shopper want? I will definitely be back, and isnt that what the retail business is all about?
